1. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting, scheduling, or engaging the services of A-Altair Termite and Pest Control, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

A-Altair Termite and Pest Control, Inc. provides termite inspection, termite treatment, and general pest control services to residential and commercial properties in South Jersey, including Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, and Atlantic Counties.

All services are subject to a written service agreement executed prior to treatment. The scope of work, pricing, warranty terms, and any special conditions will be outlined in that agreement and take precedence over these general terms.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• • Appointments are confirmed upon scheduling with a Company representative.
• • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a trip charge.
• • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Prior to and during service, customers are responsible for:

• • Providing safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring treatment
• • Removing pets, plants, and food items from treatment areas as directed
• • Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians
• • Disclosing any known sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions that may be relevant to treatment
• • Ensuring that children and vulnerable individuals are kept away from treatment areas for the duration specified by the technician

5. Payment

• • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• • Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.
• • Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Warranty terms vary by service type and are specified in the written service agreement. General conditions include:

• • Warranties are void if customer fails to maintain the treated property in good repair
• • Warranties do not cover re-infestation caused by new entry points created after treatment
• • Annual inspections may be required to maintain warranty coverage
• • Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A-Altair Termite and Pest Control, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• • Damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to treatment
• • Outcomes where customer failed to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions

Our maximum liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services.

8. Licensing & Compliance

A-Altair Termite and Pest Control, Inc. is licensed and insured in the State of New Jersey. All treatments are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including EPA label requirements for all pesticides used.

9. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on the site. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair our services.

10. Governing Law
